2. CLIENT-SIDE PROCESSING & PRIVACY

All file parsing, comparison, and rendering occurs locally in your browser. Your spreadsheet data is never uploaded to a server, never stored by us, and never shared with third parties. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.

3. NO WARRANTY

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the comparison results are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompareExcel and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.

6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
